Paula Lutton Solicitors
Paula acts for many clients within Lanarkshire and beyond. She is registered to provide Civil and Children’s Legal Aid. She appears regularly in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and has excellent communication skills with her clients and her colleagues. She is a member of the Airdrie Society of Solicitors.
Stacey is Paula’s PA and an experienced legal secretary whom you will find supportive to you and efficient in dealing with your enquiries.

Our History
Our Paula Lutton has been practising law in Lanarkshire all of her professional career. She trained in Ross Harper Solicitors and in 2002 after she qualified she worked at Cartys Solicitors in Airdrie where she was later appointed a Partner. She moved on from Cartys in 2022 after over twenty years there and has now started her own Practice. She is able to assist you in all aspects of Civil and Family Law and provide you with the best possible advice always.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of legal services. Paula advises on Child law, Family Law , Separation, Divorce, Residence and Contact proceedings, Children‘s referral matters and Adoption. She is regularly instructed in complex family law matters. Paula can also assist you in organising your Will and your Power of Attorney and advise you on any Guardianship Proceedings which may be required for a relative and any Settlement Agreements.
